Where are your baked goods made?

All Apex Oven products are made in our home kitchen, which has successfully completed the North Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Home Processor Program inspection and operates in full compliance with state guidelines.

Do you offer allergen-free or gluten-free items?

No. Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame. While we’re happy to provide ingredient information, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact.

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed through our website and paid securely through Square. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Do you offer custom orders?

Availability for custom or special orders varies. Please contact us directly to inquire about options and timing.

Where and when do I pick up my order?

Pickup details—including date, time, and exact location—will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Customers are responsible for timely pickup.

What can I expect on my pickup day?

Orders will be packaged, clearly labeled and set out on the porch during your scheduled pickup window for a quick, contact-free exchange. Just grab and go! If you're running a few minutes late or have an unexpected issue, please reach out as soon as possible.

What if I can’t make my pickup time?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up as scheduled may not be eligible for a refund or remake.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If there is an error or concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to address it.

Do you ship your baked goods?

No. At this time, Apex Oven offers local pickup only.

Why might my order look slightly different from photos?

All of our baked goods are made by hand in small batches. Natural variations in size, shape, or appearance are part of the homemade process and are not considered defects.
