About Our Kitchen

Apex Oven is a home bakery that has successfully completed the North Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Home Processor Program inspection and operates in full compliance with all applicable state guidelines. 

Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted through our website and paid securely through Square.
  
  

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your order.
  
  

• All items are prepared in small batches and are subject to availability.
  
  

• Apex Oven reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to capacity limitations, ingredient availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

• In the event of cancellation by Apex Oven, a full refund will be issued.
  
  

Pick-Up

• Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
  
  

• Customers are responsible for timely pickup.
  
  

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up as scheduled may not be eligible for a refund or remake.
  
  

Refunds & Order Issues

• Because all items are made to order and perishable, all sales are final.
  
  

• If there is an issue with your order (such as an error or damage), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review and address the concern.
  
  

Allergens & Food Safety

• All Apex Oven products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens are present, including but not limited to:
  wheat/gluten, eggs, milk/dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame.
  
  

• While ingredient information is provided on all packaging, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact.
  
  

• Apex Oven does not offer allergen-free baking.
  
  

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Apex Oven is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
  
  

Product Variations

• Our baked goods are handcrafted in small batches.
  
  

• Variations in size, shape, color, or appearance are natural and part of the homemade process.
  
  

• These variations are not considered defects.
  
  

Liability

• Apex Oven’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
  
  

• We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption after pickup.
  
  

Intellectual Property
